Poem::::. ALMAJIRI
ALMAJIRI
Born and bred with penury
Clothed in pain to wander in poverty
Kissed by sun all around in hunt
Hunted,hot but never get hurt
Parented by pigeon and snakes of hunger
Surrounded by sad and unending tales
Walked with a companion that never depart
In the rain, sun, night well scorched
A plate to eat neglecting diet
A place to lead forgetting dialect
A cloth to wear for hundred of years
Compounded in tears and sadness
Married to the Holy hunger many neglect
Shall we tell of our suffering all days?
Will you listen with pleasing ear?
Doctor treats wound not pain
Surgeon treats heart not emotion
We lament for much beautiful of life
Accredited with bandit of fate
Your flowry wealth is worthless without helping others.
If you know the pain they go through; you will pray for them to sail through
